Be on time
Repeated lateness and no-shows lower your LiftScore for both drivers and commuters.
Be honest
Real name, real vehicle, real route, real times. Misrepresentation ends in suspension.
Be respectful
No harassment, discrimination, or unwanted contact. Everyone is going to work.
Drive safely
Valid licence, roadworthy vehicle, no speeding, no driving under the influence.
Respect privacy
Don't ask for exact addresses before a match is accepted, and never share another member's details.
Communicate
Cancelling? Tell your match early. Someone is standing on the side of the road.
Don't game the system
Rating manipulation, fake profiles and off-platform coercion are investigated by admins and may result in permanent removal.
