• Commute details: broad home area, broad work area, working days and times.
• Driver details: vehicle information, licence and verification documents.
• Platform activity: matches, ratings, LiftScore events, payments.

What we never display publicly

• Exact home or work addresses.
• Private phone numbers before mutual match acceptance.
• Identity documents, driver licences or vehicle documentation.

Why we process it

To verify members, to calculate compatibility between drivers and commuters, to process verification fees and subscriptions, and to investigate reports and disputes.

Security

Passwords are hashed, access is role-based, documents are stored in protected storage and administrative actions are logged.
