1. What LiftMzansi is

LiftMzansi is a matching platform. It does not employ drivers, does not operate vehicles, does not guarantee transport, does not guarantee earnings and does not guarantee savings. It facilitates connections between users.

2. Eligibility

Users must be 18 or older. Drivers must hold a valid South African driver's licence and have a roadworthy, appropriately licensed and insured vehicle.

3. Verification and fees

A once-off verification fee of R79 applies. Subscription plans are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

4. Conduct

Users must accept the Community Rules. Harassment, discrimination, unsafe driving, score manipulation and misrepresentation may result in suspension.

5. Payments between users

Monthly contributions are agreed directly between driver and commuter. LiftMzansi is not a party to that arrangement.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LiftMzansi is not liable for incidents, losses or damages arising from arrangements made between users.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
